จากประสพการณ์การเป็นนักวิทยาศาสตร์และเป็นครูอาจารย์มาเป็นเวลากว่า 20 ปี ทำให้ได้มีความรู้เรียนรู้ จนเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับศาสตร์และศิลป์แห่งการเรียนรู้และการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนเพื่อการถ่่ายทอดสู่ลูกศิษย์ ประสพการณ์จากการเป็นนักวิทยาศาสตร์ที่ได้ผลิดอกออกผลเรื่อยมาซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นผลจากได้ทำหน้าที่สร้างสรรค์ความรู้ความเข้าใจใหม่ๆเพื่อการเข้าใจธรรมชาติและสิ่งรอบตัว รวมไปถึงการประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้างเทคโนโลยี และนวัตกรรม โชคดีที่ได้มีโอกาสเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมในทุกกระบวน จนสามารถเก็บเกีียวความรู้และประสพการณ์เพื่อนำมาถ่ายทอดส่งต่อ สามารถใช้ส่งเสริมกระบวนการเรียนรู้ และการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์ เมื่อได้บูรณาการสองสิ่งนี้เข้าด้วยกันอย่างลงตัว ครูนักวิทยาศาสตร์มืออาชีพที่สามารถเป็นผู้นำเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงคงจะเกิดขึ้นได้ไม่ยาก และนี่เป็นเชื้อไฟแห่งแรงบันดาลใจ ซึ่งรวมไปถึง ลูกศิษย์ ครูคณาจารย์ และความหวังที่อยากจะเห็นการศึกษาของประเทศไทย มีคุณภาพพอที่จะสร้างคน สร้างชาติ ให้เกิดการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน ขอเพียงให้พวกเราตระหนัก เข้าใจ พร้อมใจเดินไปด้วยกันเพื่อพัฒนาการศึกษาไทย

What is STEM? It's the acronym for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. But while kindergarten through 12th grade education usually focuses on science or mathematics in isolation, all four of these disciplines are closely intertwined in the real world.
